PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total due. This can be done as a debit to your credit card. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits will be refunded in full, apart from a $35.00 administration fee, if we receive notice 45 days prior to arrival. No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival.
